This is a repetitive question. Part of my original answer was -
"Specifically, there is no risk for HIV or STIs from rubbing your penis between your partner's breasts, kissing or biting a partner's breasts, receiving condom protected oral sex, kissing partner's vagina, or putting your fingers into a partner's vagina.
Please do not worry. there is really no need for testing. If you choose to test, I am sure that the tests will show that you did not get HIV or any other STI from the activties that you have described. EWH "
This is still my advice and it will not change. If you are feeling guilt or concern and a negative test will help you move forward, then test- the test will be negative. Your problem however is not HIV or other STI, it is guilt over your actions. There is no risk for HIV or STI.

Sir
One Last Question.
As per your advise I have not gone for any testing, Also because I am too much scared of the Result.
And Since the day I had that encounter, i am avoiding my girl friend with any physical relationship, i have not told her about it and i do'not want to scare her.
Sir please let me know should I need testing OR what would you do in similar scenario and what would you suggest to your patient who has come to your clinic in this case.
Final answer. Temperatures of 37.3-37.4 are in the normal range and certainly ar enot suggestive of recently acquired HIV or any other STD. Nor is your sore throat.

Sir I am very Sorry , If I have been anxious,
But I am really concerned about me after that encounter with that girl.
I Accept that I am very much in mental trauma right now , I am afraid.
But Still daily I am having Fevers of about 37.3 - 37.4 C
And now I have developed some sort of infection in my throat.
The Fever is coming on almost daily basis.
Sir please help me and let me know if this has to do with HIV or any other STD.
Your repeated questions and "what if" question do not change my opinion or advice. There is virtually no risk for HIV from the exposure you report. Further, the symptoms you suggest are not suggestive of recently acquired HIV but are suggestive of anxiety, which is apparent from your questions.
If you test, test with an appropriate test. PCR tests are not recommended for diagnosis of HIV. Test results are completely reliable a 4 weeks after exposure if the test used is a 4th generation, combination HIV p24 antigen/HIV antibody tests. If you choose to test with a test that tests for HIV antibodies, the tests will be conclusive 8 weeks after your last exposure. EWH
And Sir I have been Having some burning sensation around my penis region. from past 5 days , started about 4 days after the encounter.
Is that a risk for HIV.
Please suggest
Sir,
I am sorry for asking this,
But previously(6-7 days back) I called one of the helplines number for HIV information.
And they kind of confused me by saying even if my contact from mouth to the vagina was for few seconds, still there is a risk depending upon partners mensuration period, or if I got something on my mouth by that contact and it can flow into my blood through mucous membrane of the mouth.
I really cannot remember if any fluid got in touch with my mouth during that activity. Thats what is really scarring me right now.
I tried hard to remember but all I can think is if any fluid would have got into mouth I would have felt but all i can remember that I probably did not feel anything.
Sir Now My marriage is being finalized and at this stage I am considering to cancel because of this instance.
I am really scared of the test results , Please guide and help me in this.
And Sir
Can you please throw some light on HIV RNA test.
Hi Sir ,
My Other reason to concern was -- She was a Filipino and I Checked in the Internet the HIV among Filipinos have highest no of HIV reported cases and do not know about the unreported ones , my fear is what if she had HIV in her.
Another thing is After that Encounter I got fever after 4 days and lasted for 3-4 days. It was not high fever but enough that I could feel the fever and it was mostly around 37.1 ,37.2,37.3.
Please help me.
No, PCR tests are not recommended. Most experts agree that either a 4th generation, combination HIV p24 antigen/HIV antibody test or the combination of a PCR test and a standard HIV antibody test will provide conclusive results 4 weeks following an exposure. Earlier testing in not known to be recommended, despite what the people who sell them say. EWH
thanks Sir,
Please let me know if single DNA PCR after 15 days of Exposure would be enough.
Thanks.
Welcome to our Forum. I will try to help. There is no risk for HIV form the exposure that you describe. Most commercial sex workers in Dubai to not have HIV and even most unprotected genital exposures do not lead to infection. In your case, none of the activities you describe are associated with any meaningful risk for HIV or for other STIs. In fact, while I realize that you may choose to test for HIV and STIs for your own peace of mind, I see no need for even testing related to this exposure.
