Please hlp

hello Doctor
Sorry for my english
Please help me
I went to a massage centre on 25 june 2011.there a lady gave me massage, both we were naked, she asked me to rub my penis against her vagina and anus but i denied. I did not rub my penis to her and did not insert my penis into her body in any way but we both were naked so it is possible that my penis touched her wet vagina and anus two three times.

THERE WAS NO PENETRATIVE SEX.

I insert my finger into her vagina I have very small two days old cut in my finger.
i do not have any symptom of any disease. but i am scared abt hiv coz my penis was open before her vagina and anus.
I saw her work permit, she has been tasted on dec 2009 as per uae rules.here in uae every outside person need to go for medical test for visa.
please help me
if i found positive even by mistake i will lose my job and they will kick me out from uae.
I called many medical centre for testing but all of them saying that they are doing only antibodies test. Here is no any centre who provide confidencial test.
Next month i am going to my country . I can not give this to my wife .I know this is a great mistake of me .

If i test after 6 week is it reliable ?

thank you

We do not expect very much of questioners, but we do believe they should read our replies -- which apparently you did not do.  I'm not going to repeat myself.  You have the following choices:  1) Do nothing, with no fear; you could not have caught HIV and therefore cannot infect your wife. 2) Have an HIV test in Dubai. 3) Have an HIV test when you arrive home, and avoid sex with your wife until you know the result.

If I were you, I would choose number 1.

That will be all for this thread.  I will have no additional comments or advice.

Welcome to the forum.  You had accurate replies to the same question on the community forum, and seemed satisfied; your last comment was "Thanks a lot friend . u ease my mind ."  But I'm happy to provide additional reassurance.

HIV is not transmitted by fingering, even with cuts on the fingers, or by brief contact of the penis with vaginal secretions.  Sexual transmission requires penetrative sex.  Here is a thread that explains the biology of HIV/STD transmission, with details on why expsoures like yours carry no chance of catching the virus.  Read all of it; the most important information is in a follow-up comment:  http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/1119533

So you do not need HIV testing on account of this event.  But you still might do it for reassurance. The result will be negative; there is no such thing as .  And if it is positive, it does not matter if they deport you.  If you have HIV, you would have to leave the country anyway in order to get proper medical care for it.  So avoiding HIV testing in UAE makes no sense.  But if you want to wait until you return to your country in a few weeks, that would be fine.  If this is your only potential exposure, you can be sure the result will be negative.

I hope this helps.  Take care--   HHH, MD
