Welcome to the forum. You had accurate replies to the same question on the community forum, and seemed satisfied; your last comment was "Thanks a lot friend . u ease my mind ." But I'm happy to provide additional reassurance.
HIV is not transmitted by fingering, even with cuts on the fingers, or by brief contact of the penis with vaginal secretions. Sexual transmission requires penetrative sex. Here is a thread that explains the biology of HIV/STD transmission, with details on why expsoures like yours carry no chance of catching the virus. Read all of it; the most important information is in a follow-up comment:

So you do not need HIV testing on account of this event. But you still might do it for reassurance. The result will be negative; there is no such thing as . And if it is positive, it does not matter if they deport you. If you have HIV, you would have to leave the country anyway in order to get proper medical care for it. So avoiding HIV testing in UAE makes no sense. But if you want to wait until you return to your country in a few weeks, that would be fine. If this is your only potential exposure, you can be sure the result will be negative.
I hope this helps. Take care-- HHH, MD
