Welcome to our Forum. I think your risk of infection is far lower than you suspect and will try to provide some information which I hope you will find useful.
There is no meaningful risk of HIV form either of the exposures you describe. You mention that your 2009 exposures were condom protected- condoms are excellent protection and reduce the risk of getting HIV virtually to zero. Similarly, there is virtually no risk of getting HIV form receipt of oral sex, even if your partner had HIV and the fact that she had a negative HIV test after your exposure assures you that she was not infected. Neither of these exposures places you at risk for HIV.
As far as your ear problems are concerned, these are not signs of HIV. Similarly, swollen lymph nodes are a non-specific problem which by no means are a sign of HIV.
If you have not been tested for HIV, I would recommend it. I make this recommendation, not because you are at risk for infection but because I believe that nothing you have reported suggests you are at risk and when you are tested your test will be negative, providing you with the assurance that you are not infected. There is little risk of having a false positive test result with the standard antibody tests for HIV which are highly accurate and will provide you with a reliable result to eliminate your concerns.
I hope my comments are helpful to you. Take care. EWH
As I've already told you "Neither of these exposures places you at risk for HIV." thus, obviously, your risk is very, very low. You do not need to worry.
The reason I recommended testing for you is for your own peace of mind, nothing more. If you can stop worrying, you do not need testing related to the exposures you have described.
It is time for this thread to end. Take care. EWH
