Welcome to the forum. Bottom line: The exposures you describe carried no risk for HIV and your negative test results show you were not infected. There is no reason to be anxious or stressed.
First, the exposures you describe were zero risk for HIV, which cannot be transmitted by hand-genital contact or superfical contact with an infected person's anus. If a bare penis (no condom) does not enter another person's vagina, rectum, or (rarely) mouth, HIV cannot be sexually transmitted. Second, it is statistically unlikely any of your massag parlor partners had HIV, which remains rare in most heterosexual women in Australia (where your profile says you live). Third, you also were at no risk for other STDs, which, like HIV, are rarely if ever transmitted without insertive intercourse.
It is not necessary to wait 12 weeks for accurate HIV testing, regardless of the advice you will find on many websites and other sources. The currently used HIV antibody tests, including those routinely used in your country, generally are definitive after 6-8 weeks. And if you were tested with the latests "DUO" (or "combo") test for both HIV antibody and p24 antigen -- increasingly the norm in many settings, although I don't know about Australia -- then testing any time after 4 weeks is 100% reliable. Therefore, your recent test is very reliable and shows you don't have HIV. Here is a thread that explains why 3 months is often recommended even though it usually isn't necessary to wait that long:

Collectively, Australia's sexual health centres are perhaps the world's best network of STD/HIV clinics. Wherever you are, you might consider visiting your nearest SHC for world class advice and testing for both HIV and other STDs.
In the meantime, stop worrying. You were not at any significant risk and your tests show you don't have HIV.
