Am I at risk of infection

Dr.It is so good to have such a good website to check and ***** your risk and such a good expert spending their valuable time in helping others.
HIV- on 01/07. 02/07 quick vaginal insertive exposure twice at the same time lasted  5sec. No pumping .  04/07 gf tested HIV-.  I got married on feb 2009 and me and my wife use condom for contraceptive.I insert for a couple of seconds and put condom on and finish with it. Between May 2009 to sep 2009 I visited CSW's place and had condom protected sex and condom protected oral sex. Condom never broke and never sliped out during intercourse and I wash my penis with warm water and towel.I even went back and asked the csw if she got tested and she assured me she got tested one month ago. Here are my questions.
1.Is there anybody so far got infected with HIV while using condom.
2.Is there a possibility of getting infected wile removing condom or through vaginal fluids on pubic area or scrotum sac area and then later come in contact with penis head or frenulum area and get infected by hiv virus. I am circumsised with a little frenulm skin left on urethra opening. I am asking this question because I have kind of, I do not know if i said the term right,  "burried Penis" in which it tends to retract a lot and the head kind of get close to the scrotum sac and pubic area when it is not erect and it is easy the vaginal fluid which i do not clean well remain there and touch the frenulum and head of penis. on Nov 2009 had sour throat. full CBC was done wbc with in range and went to ER the following week They told me xray of chest and ekg looks fine except murmur in my heart referred me to other doc incase of pain .Took antibiotic on 05/10 white coat on tounge no problem swolowing and never bleed ed when brushing.I get tired, little night sweat sometimes,. Have shoulder joint pain worse on left hand side.Do you think I am infected? I am afraid to go get tested and get positive result and my one year marriage is ruined. Please help.

Thanks

Dr. HHH it almost took me another 15 days to convince myself to get finally checked.  Today is a big day for me.  I am just coming back from the testing place.  I took the OraQuick ADVANCE HIV-1/2 test and the result was negative.  My one year night mare is all of a sudden gone and I can feel good already.  Once again thank you for your good advice and comforting ideas. woooo hoooo Thank you again. I wish all the best for everybody who is worried.  My advice protect yourself and get tested.

Even without condoms, HIV is rarely transmitted by any single episode of vaginal sex.  Many people with HIV have claimed 100% condom use, but few people really use condoms that consistently; some simply forgot about times they forgot; others didn't know a condom had ruptured; and some had other exposures that they didn't want to admit -- e.g. had sex with other men but denied it.  Therefore, there certainly are infected people despite supposed condom use.  But it is not possible for HIV to pass through intact latex.  And since catching HIV requires exposure to LOTS of virus, it is unlikely anyone got infected through the minor exposure to secretions that might happen because the condom wasn't properly removed.

Really, this shouldn't be such a big deal for you.  You had safe sex.  Don't overthink it.

That's all I'll have to say before you post a test result.

Thank you for your quick and assuring comment.  So if you dont mind asking again the response to question two will be no.  Like you said I lost a lot of sleep energy and valuable time of my life.  I will definitely post my result before I leave out of us for job assignment but I am afraid not to be the first on the case of the second question.
Thanks

Welcome to the HIV forum.  You had accurate responses on the community forum and there really isn't much more to say.  You seem to be seeking absolute certainty that you haven't caught HIV during one of your sexual exposures.  Those sexual events were low risk, and there is nothing in your symptoms that suggests you have HIV.  So based on all the information you provide, it is extremely unlikely you are infected.  But of course nobody can say it is impossible.  The way to know for sure is to have an HIV test.  Everyone who is sexually active outside a mutually monogamous relationship should have HIV and STD testing from time to time, like every 1-2 years.  This would be a good time, since it's on your mind.  Most likely it will be negative.

I'll be happy to comment further if you would like to return to post the result after you are tested.  In the meantime, don't lose a lot of sleep about it.  You can expect it to be negative.

Regards--  HHH, MD
