Welcome to the HIV forum. I'll try to help. But since the identical questions have been asked innumerable times with very detailed discussions, my replies will be very brief. Most important, it does not matter how high the risk of catching HIV might have been. Your negative blood test results through 8+ weeks PROVE you did not catch HIV. End of story.
As for the risk level, it was zero anyway. The odds are strong that an "educated and professional" sex worker has HIV, even in India, does not have HIV. Even if she did, oral sex carries no measurable HIV transmission risk, even with a genital ulcer. To the specific questions:
1) No.
2) 100%, in India or anywhere else.
3) You did not need to ever stop having sex with your wife. It is safe to resume now.
All is well. Go on with your life and plans to start a family. Best wishes--

last thing dr. ! this is not 8+ weeks results but 3 days short of 8 weeks.does it matter ?
Pardon my early morning math skills: I divided 53 by 7 and came up with 9! But no, it makes no difference. With modern HIV antibody tests (including those in use in India), testing is 100% reliable for all practical purposes after 6 weeks. However, some experts continue to recommend 3 months as the definitive interval -- so if you have read such advice and want to follow that guideline, have a final test at that time. But this does not change the rest of my reply, including my opinion that it is safe to continue unprotected sex with your wife.
dear doctor! my last question. do i need more testing or should i continue my life ?
I already answered that. Please read my replies carefully. Good bye and good luck.
billion thanx doctor.GOD bless you.
respected Dr.! today i collected my 9 weeks negative result in order to make up for miscaculation of weeks in your reply to my first post.the last thing Dr. 1) can i rely on your very first reply to my post ? 2) do i need more testing or should i move on with my life. Thanks in anticipation
1) Why would you not believe what he is telling you? There is not reason to try to reaffirm what he has told you. He is not on here giving bad or false information.
2) This has already been answered by Dr. Handsfield
today I got my 11th week standard lab based MEIA test result which fortunately is negative.Pl advise can I celebrate now and throw away this anxiety ?
Good grief. The answer is obvious both above and in hundreds of other discussions on this forum. We don't expect much of questioners on the forum, but we do expect them to read and pay attention to our replies. Repeated anxiety-driven requests for reassurance are not appropriate. Good bye.
