I hope I am ok

Last night, met a guy online, he came over, we showered together.
Lots of kissing hugging and frottage during that time. Since it was in the shower, not sure if any precum was involved...
Then we go to bed, again, kissing, hugging, and frottage. He claimed negative (last tested in April this year), but who knows. I felt his precum on my palm, but on my finger I always have these tiny skin peeling off the edge of nail bed so i just peeled them and that left a tiny red track, no blood though. The precum might have gotten on my finger. He did suck my finger with the red track too.... Also during forttage, his precum might have touched my penis/precum.... is this a risk?
I licked his penis for like 1 sec, that's it. But he sucked me to completion and told me to cum in his mouth, which I did.... I guess I shouldn't have but does cumming in his mouth increases my risk?
I didn't feel any pain throughout the encounter, he said he didn't have any bleeding, sores, or cuts in his mouth. but i didn't check
Also after I touched his precum, i don't know how many minutes later, I picked my nose with my pinky, and I had a nose bleed due to dry weather. Am i at risk for HIV?

Should I be worried? (well I really am right now). Should i get tested?
Thanks

Final answer to your repetitive, anxiety-driven questions.

Yes, even if he left a "wound",

No, having a partner suck your nipple would not oput you at risk for HIV.  EWH

I just took a shower and found that I have little abrasion on my nipple, possibly due to the guy sucking my nipple last night. Can HIV be transmitted that way if the guy was sucking too forcefully and left the crack? Again, I didn't see or taste blood from his mouth, but i wasn't looking too closely either.
Thank you...

Yes, HIV becomes non-infectious and begins to die almost immediately following exposure to the air and to drying.  EWH

Thank you Dr. EWH. This anxiety is eating my life away. I feel relieved now that I don't have risk.
Is it true that once exposed to oxygen HIV dies?
Thank you!

No risk. HIV is nto transfered from person to person on a person's hands to cause infection.  Please do not worry., EWH

Thank you for the reassurance Dr. EWH.
How about the fact that I picked my nose with my finger that had his precum and my nose bled...
Thank you!

Welcome to the Forum.  You do not know that your partner had HIV (and in the future, I recommend that you ask-most people do tell the truth).  Even if he did have HIV infection however, there is no known risk for HIV from at activities that you describe.  There are no proven instances in which HIV has been transmitted from an infected person through receipt of oral sex, by frottage, or by mutual masturbation. This is true even when persons have cuts of scrapes on their hand or skin which comes into contact with their partner’s genital secretions.

I see no need for concern and no need for testing related to the exposure that you have described. EWH
