penile trauma/vaginal fluid

I went to a strip club yesterday in a Latin carribean country. A stripper literally put her hand down my pants and grabbed me. The problem is she had very long sharp nails and she effectively scratched my penis with the nail. I immediately left and checked my penis, but didn't see any obvious trauma so I forgot about the incident.
About 5 or 6 hours later, I began to engage in sexual intercourse with a female that is probably somewhat high risk given the location and her apparent profession. Sex began with a non 9 lubricated condom but at some point we stopped intercourse and she masturbated me with the condom still on and then for a time without the condom on? We then got a new condom to complete intercourse. So I was never in her unprotected but there must have been some transfer of fluid with the masturbation? Note that there was also lubrication used for the bare masturbation. I have read enough on this site to know that this would pose no realistic risk for HIV or ant STD so I was not overly concerned. The problem is today I inspected the penile area where the scratch occurred from arlier that day and sure enough there appears to be a slight scabbing in that area around the head. I am assuming the trauma was not bleeding but the scratch incident did seem to break the skin and I just didn't notice as it is not overt.
Assuming this traumatized area was exposed to vaginal secretions, is there a realistic risk of HIV or any other STD for that matter? Would the gap in time from the scratch to sex and no visible blood be sufficient to assume the wound was not fresh or insufficient for transmission of HIV or any other STD? Note that the woman assured me she was clean and gets tested, but given her apparent profession in this area I cannot be sure. Note also that I haven't engaged in any unprotected insertion at all, but I am concerned with the possible massaging of her genital secretions around the wounded area.

Same answer. STDs are not spread by hand to genital contact of the sort you describe. EWH

Thank you Dr. Hook - you don't know how much I appreciate your prompt response. I know this is a HIV forum, but could you clarify if your assessment would be the same for stds other than HIV? I assume from reading several posts you would have the same assessment, but simply want to confirm. Thanks again.

Welcome back to the Forum.  There is no problem with asking more questions, as long as they are not excessive.  It has been a while since you last posted.

To summarize the question you have, it is whether you might be vulnerable to HIV if your partner's genital secretions were transferred to a recent (several hours) cut on your penis during masturbation. The answer is no- this would not but you at risk.  Scratches and trauma of the sort you describe begin to heal immediately and with that there is no vulnerability to HIV transmission.  In addition, in the process of moving her vaginal secretions from herself on her hand to your genitals, the virus would have died and not be transmissible.  Furthermore, I would add that it is statistically unlikely that your partner had HIV.  Most commercial sex workers, even in developing nations, do not have HIV.

You might be surprised at how often masturbation can be somewhat traumatic.  nonetheless, as we have said on this forum many times HIV has never been transmitted by masturbation.  I would not worry and see no medical reason for you to even test  related to this exposure.  I hope my comments are both helpful and reassuring. Just want to say I apologize for posting I know I've posted in the past. Also the internet is not great here so forgive me for the seemingly bad grammar up top. I did want to clarify before you respond that I have not engaged in any unprotected insertion with anyone whatsoever, but all the events of yesterday and the visible slight scabbing of penile skin today prompted my post. Thank you very much.
