Lymph tissue in the head and neck.

Oral cancer which i treated with hydrocortisone and it went away in a week (about 3 weeks after exposure)

facialFacial paralysis
Facial tics
Facial trauma tingling same time as rash but went away

swollen lymph node in neck at 4 weeks (was prescribed antibiotics and it went away in a week)

possible swollen lymph node in groin which came up right after the neck one went down....

i know that my risk was very low as there was little or no fluids transferred. but i am experiencing serious anxiety and was just wondering if i have a need to be this stressed.

i was given an hiv test, chylmidia and gonorea tests at the 4th week when i went to the dr. to see about the neck lymph node.....all were negative.

Thanks for clarifying.  But this doesn't change my opinion or advice.  But in response to the closing question, many of your symptoms indeed seem consistent with the physical manifestations of anxiety or stress -- and when a person suggests his or her own symptoms have a psychological origin, usually s/he is correct.

I don't understand most of this question, with the peculiar format and wording.  But as has been emphasized innumerable times on this forum, symptoms almost never are useful in judging a new HIV infection, since the same symptoms as ARS occur more commonly with minor viruses; test results are reliable in judging new infection, symptoms are not.  And your apparent symptoms don't suggest HIV, which doesn't cause a single lymph node to be enlarged, especially without fever.  And the blood tests are almost always positive by the time symptoms develop and almost always within 4 weeks.

Therefore, to answer your closing question "How big is my risk?":  Apparently low, but it doesn't matter.  The available information shows you didn't catch HIV.  If you need further reassurance, have another HIV test 6-8 weeks after your last potential exposure.

how accurate was the test at 4 weeks? and should i be this stressed out? also, i have been experiencing major stress with an ex gf and with my job...could this have anything to do with my symptoms? thanks for the help in advance
