HIV from fingering/genital rubbing?

Last week I ended up with a prostitute from Kenya in a London brothel. I rubbed my flaccid penis against her vagina before a condom was put on, used my fingers to stimulate her clitoris and lips (not sure if I inserted my fingers into her vagina or not) she performed oral sex on me with a condom but I was unable to get an erection and things ended there.
Am I at risk from HIV from the fingering (Does it make a difference if I inserted my fingers or not?) or the genital rubbing?
I regularly shave my pubic hair and had done so that morning (about 14 hours before) and cannot tell whether or not I had any nicks in this area or cuts on my fingers. I also have a tiny patch of psoriasis on my arm (around 1cm diameter) although as far as I am aware it was nowhere near the girls genitals.
Am I at risk and do I need a HIV test? I am worried sick.

Welcome to our Forum.  You have no reason for concern. For starters you do not know that your partner has HIV- most commercial sex workers, even those who are immigrants from high prevalence countries do not have HIV.  Furthermore, HIV is spread among adults only through unprotected ano-genital intercourse and injection of infected material deep into tissue.  Your exposure did not involve either and thus was safe sex which does not require testing nor concern.  I suspect that your concerns arise from the information that introduction of HIV contaminated material into open wounds might, theoretically cause HIV.  The fact however is that neither your psoriasis rash nor any nicks which might have occurred from shaving are deep enough to constitute risk.  Further, in the case of shaving, the body "closes" off" such wounds very, very quickly and thus risk is gone essentially by the time such wounds stop bleeding, IF they were ever vulnerable.

Similarly, there is no risk for HIV from have masturbated your partner.  This is the case despite the fact that it is typical to get partners' genital secretions on one another during the course of mutual masturbation.

I hope this helps.  No risk and no need for testing.  EWH

No, no STD testing is needed in this situation.  There is no reason to worry about sleeping with your wife.  EWH

Thank you very much.

Am I at risk for any STD from this activity?
Do I need testing?
And am I safe to continue sleeping with my wife?

Your response would be graetfully appreacited.

Sorry

Just to be clear you see no risk from my flaccid penis being in contact with girls genitals?
