Misplacement of the ECG leads could result in an abnormal reading. Also, the computer often misreads ECGs, so a doctor always over-reads them to make sure they are correct. There are some findings that, to the computer, could appear consistent with an anteroseptal MI, but that, to a physician, are inconsistent. It would be best to have your doctor (either general practictioner or cardiologist) take a look.
