ECG results

I just had an ECG as part of a pre-surgery appt.  It says: Normal sinus thythm, Possible left atrial enlargement, Cannot rule out Anterior infarction, age undetermined, Abnormal ECG.   My dr. crossed off "Abnormal ECG" and wrote on it "Same as previous" and did not mention that there was anything abnormal.  I am a 60 year old female.  Should I worry about any of this and is there any reason to see a cardiologist?

As long as you are feeling well there is no reason to do anythings.  If you are having some chest pain or exertional shortness of breath, you should have an echocardiogram to define your heart function.  EKG's tend to be inacurate occasionally.
