I was diagnosed with a sticky valve about 8 years ago and my health was much better than it is now. I am now 42 years old and suffring from chronic plantar fascitis. I do not have symtoms or probelms that are directly related to my heart. However, after being very active most of my life I am now not able to even go for a long walk due to the fascitis. My thought on this was most of us probably have micro tears to the plantar fascia but if there is inadequate blood supply over an extended period of time these may never fully recover. My case is an extreme one and I realize this may be a strecth but I am looking for any possibility that the blood supply may keep one from recovering fully from the fascitis.
I don't think so. I have never seen or heard anything like this before. Are you certain that your are definitely having plantar fascitis? Sticky valves could go along with peripheral vascular disease which might manifest as lower extremity discomfort.
