Need help readin angiogram/ventriculogram results... please

Hi, I've recently had a ventriculogram and am a bit concerned about the results. It will be a few weeks before I get a follow up appointment. Can someone help me make sense of these reults?

Left heart catheterization:

Left Ventriculogram: Frequent PVC's. Preserved left ventricular function. Possible left ventricular hypertrophy. Some mitral regurgitation, probably secondary to the PVC's.

Left Main: Short. Patent. There is mild spasm in the ostium of the circumflex which is probably related to the catheter position.

LAD: Patent. Quite small in its mid to distal portion. No angiographically significant obstructive disease. Good caliber diagonal branch which is patent and free of angiographically significant obstructive disease.

Left Circumflex: Non-dominant. Patent. No angiographically significant obstructive disease.

Right Coronary Artery: Large Caliber dominant vessel. Widely patent. No angiographically significant obstructive disease.

I've had an echocardiagram and have been told the reults of that are fine. They told me that my EF was 60% which is apparently normal. What about the ventriculogram results though?.......

"Possible left ventricular hypertrophy" ........am I right to be really concerned about this? Shouldn't this have showed up on the echocardiagram? If I have left ventricular hypertrophy can I do anything about this? Is it likely to get worse?

Other Info:

I'm 38 years old, I don't have high blood pressure, I smoked a few years ago (but don't now) and am generally pretty healthy, eat well, normal body weight. I do get frequent heart palpitations, up to 8 a day; sometimes 2 or 3 within 10 or 15 seconds of each other (this may or may not be bad, I don't know). I also sometimes get a slight pressing sensation on my chest, which apparently isn't due to the heart from what I've been told.

Thanks in advance to those who take time to respond. As you might understand, I'm a bit anxious about all of this.

Ventricular hypertrophy is better assessed with echocardiography than with an LV gram. If the echo didn't mention it then I would say it is most likely an over call on the LV gram.
