I was under the impression that all anomalies had a classification...I have a single right coronary with an anomalous Lad ( very small) that runs interarterial and a LCx that runs retroaortic both coming off the proximal RCA I am just trying to find other cases on the internet to read about and have not been very succesful with my search ..I think it may be considered a R-III-combined but I am not sure..................
I am not familiar with the term R-5C so in my experience it is not. Single coronary artery is recognised, with an incidence of 0.024% (Lipton, Radiology, 1979).
