Sicca, or dry mouth may be related to drugs and this probably is the case in your situation.  I recommend seeing a dentist or a mouth care specialist (ENT) to help you treat this condition.  Stopping your meds isn't a good option at this point, but there are biotin containing products that could really help.  These include mouth washes and even a biotin containing chewing gums.  You could also consider switching to a medication form the same class that may not have the same side-effect profile.

Come off the ARII blockers and start amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker.

YES THIS IS THE POINT : MUST REPLACE THE ARA2 FOR A WILE TO ASSESS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS COMING FROM. WHICH MEANS : DO I HAVE A BAD SIDE EFFECT FROM ARA2 OR AM I HAVING A NEW KIND OF ILLNESSS.
I HAVE BEEN ALREADY TO DENTIST WITH A NEGATIVE RESPONSE.
I HAVE BEEN UNDER THE FOLLOWING THERAPY FOR 4 YEARS: TRIATEC HCT, CARDIO ASPIRIN, DILATREND 6,25, TORVAST 20 MG, MY PROBLEM STARTED WITH. THEREFORE I SWAPPED TO THE NEW-ONE BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINED UNCHANGED. MAYBE BECAUSE I AM DEALING WITH ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS COMPOUND  ASSOCIATED TO ANGIOTENSIN-RENIN SYSTEM. WHAT NEW FAMILY OF BLOOD PRESSURE PILL WOULD YOU RECOMEND FOR A SHORT TRIAL  BEFORE GOING TO BMS TREATMENT AND CURE
