constant head ache, fatigue, pressure over heart, excesive yawning

HI,

I am 33 years old man. I have been suffering from
Constant head ache ,
Blurred vision when viewing letters on monitor
Fatigue,
Excessive day time yawning
Pressure over area of heart (cannot say it pain)
Pain/pressure in middle of chest (comes and goes)
Day time excessive yawning
I go to bed at 10.30/11 p.m and wake up automatically around 5.45 6.00 A.M I cannot sleep after that because I feel something is blocking inside to breath freely. May be oxygen supply to brain  is reduced. If I try to sleep after 6.00 a.m I feel choking feeling in throat. But I don’t wake up refreshed. My eyes are not energetic.Feels like need to sleep more.
Are these symptoms related to any heart problems

The only thing that comes to mind could be sleep apnea which usually occurs in obese individuals. However, I don't think that's very likely in you given your description, instead I think that you may have more of a sleep hygiene problem.  Either way, you should see a sleep doctor, usually a neurologist or a psychiatrist.

You need to see a sleep doctor...sounds like a sleep disorder for sure.
