pulmonary valve insufficiency

I had a second cardiac MRI so they can compare the two tests and decide when I should have PVR and I am really stressed out waiting. Can anybody give me their opinion on some of the results.I'm not looking for an answer just an opinion as i'm aware you don't know my history but the doctors up here want to wait until the risk of surgery outweighs the risk of dying without the surgery. Please let me know what you think. Everything that i've read says that some doctors are waiting too long to do the surgery and by the time they do it the heart can't recover or heal properly.

Based on what I am seeing here, your Pulmonary insufficiency is quite severe based on the % regurgitant fraction of 58%.  Also there is evidence of RV dilation and worsening RV funciton.  I will be honest with you by saying that because isolated PI is a very rare condition, I don't have that much experience with it.  However, based on those findings, there is already some evidence that the PI is causing damage to the right ventricle and should probably be intervened on sooner that later.

Thank you for the information and I really hope my cardiologist agrees about the sooner part. There is not very much information anywhere on whats happening with me right now but you would think there would be with how many surgeries there have been for pulmonary stenosis.I really appreciate you taking the time to translate some of this for me.
