It is good that you have a structurally normal heart by echo, left heart cath and stress tests. PVCs in a structurally normal heart are not dangerous. A holter monitor will help establish how many PVCs you are having. PVCs can cause lightheadedness, shortness of breath and occasionally pain. It is possible that PVCs were the cause of your pain all along, especially if you they correlate with your symptoms.
With a structurally normal heart, there is not data to suggest that multiple PVCs morphologies are any more dangerous than monomorphic PVCs.
I hope this helps.
