overheating and sweting at night its a sympton of infection post treatment

I have made the treatment 12 weeks with ledispavir and sofosbuvir finished 5 days ago however I still feel night sweats and overheat does that suggests that I am still infected isn't it

Hi there, I was having that problem after finishing tx.  It ended up my Vitamin D was low.
Vitamin D3 really helped me with the out of control sweating.
I just read an article that said Vitamin D deficiency can cause head sweating.  I definitely had that

that's because through HCV your immune system got very sensitive i guess, could be that you have to live with that forever, i'm not sure
