How hard do you push yourself post UND

good afternoon, I was able to finally clear (UND) after many long years.  It's been 7 months now still doing good.  Yeah!  I'm wondering how hard I can push myself now.  I can do much more now than ever before.  I can seemingly work and work and do lot of exercise.  I do get tired but can really push myself.  I just wonder how much is too much?  Any thoughts on that?  I don't know what is too much after so many years of INF and dealing with the HCV.

regards, David

p.s. I'm so happy for everyone that's dealing with this now with the new drugs and all.  You are so fortunate to live in these times.

Hey there! I just saw your story and wanted to say congratulations!
What a long journey.  You should be so proud of yourself, I thought 48 weeks was a long time.

So happy you attained SVR. Congratulations!

I am not sure how to respond to your question about pushing yourself. I don't think I would purposely overextend myself just because I can. I just take it day by day and do what I feel I can do. If I get tired, I rest. However, I did not have a transplant. Perhaps some of the people who have had transplants can better respond to your question about how much you should push yourself.

Wishing you the best.
