Is a combination of 11 weeks test for HCV negative and normal AST/ALT conclusive?

Hello to all. I did a 11 weeks HCV antibodies and alt/ast test, it turned out all normal. And I have been doing HCV antibodies tests during these 11 weeks and they were all negative. Could I say it is conclusive?

It is likely conclusive but the CDC recommends testing at 24 weeks after exposure to be conclusive. If there is a need to know now, for sure, then a viral load test (HCV/RNA by PCR) is conclusive a few weeks after exposure.
