A Poem I would like to share with everyone
I know this is not a Christmas poem, but in the spirit of the holiday and knowing some of us are having a hard time dealing with it........Or too sick to deal with it. I was out on my patio at like 3 am an I was thinking and all of the sudden this all started to happen ) and no I was not hallucinating or on drugs lol ) I just wanted you all to know this is not a special word just for me, altho I was chosen to write what I heard and felt, maybe God knows I put things into words well when I try lol........No seriousley I am a writer. I do poetry and am writing a memoir too. Whatever your belief is read it anyway, altho it is a Christian poem. You still may hear something in it that will make you think........A few of my friends said they got the same message. Sit still, wait, and listen, He is right there with you, so to my new family in this community I would love for you to read this, and pray it brings you the peace it brought me that night on the patio at 3 am. I did my best to write what I was experiencing and hearing...............
Can you hear it?
Off in the distance I hear a beautiful sound..........Crickets chirping, but more?
I hear the wind dancing; I hear the earth spinning on its axles.
I hear angels singing so divine that I feel the presence of God.
I can feel the music; I can see it!
I hear the stars, they sing as they shine just like the wind sings while she dances...
I feel I am much closer to heaven then I am to earth, but the sound of the train blaring in the distance
Brings me back to the reality that I am still here on earth!
Can you imagine hearing the wind, stars, earth and the angels all sing at once?
I can I am listening to it right now.............
It is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard in my life.
God is saying I am here, can you hear me?
You are not alone! This music I make is always playing.
You just need to be still long enough to hear it.
Can you hear it?
Close your eyes and imagine..........
The stars are shining that is their song...........
The wind is blowing that is her dance...........
The earth is spinning that is her music...........
The angels singing as they smile at the wonders of creation..........
Why did I get the blessing of the most beautiful sound ever heard?
I heard God tonight! I heard all of His angels’ sing.........
I heard the beauty of all His creations!
He Loves ME!

Thank You so much all. I really just wanted to bring some joy to all I could!! I do wrote a lot. Not such happy stuff tho all of the time lol It was also such a strong feeling that night that I was loved, and I wanted you all to feel that too. God loves me, and us all

Wow, I hope that you play an instrument and can put that to music - that certainly seems to be divinely inspired to me too. I had no idea it was going to be that beautiful when I looked........you ARE talented.
I thank you for sharing that with us. There is enough grief in the world these days it's nice to read something to take us OUT of that for a while.

Very beautiful, I love the wind i love the stars yes its something obviously beyond the ordinary about both wind and stars.
That I understand now after reading your fine poem I also understand why I´ve always got this high feelings when storming .
