I don't know what to say other than I need to reach out. I'm 14 weeks in (Inc), been in bed entire first 12 weeks with se, my dad who had pancreatic and liver cancer thanksgiving morning...I didn't get to spend very much time with bc I was so sick. at one point I layed on the floor in front of the couch with him. I miss my dad. he was my support. my moms is no help (parents divorced) and decided to kick me while I was down and accuse me of stealing photos...which I emphatically did not do. I'm a single parent with three kids, and am struggling. insurance jumping to $500/mo now.
now I have been patiently waiting for my bf who was working out of town for 15 months to get back, nice to have a warm body, but after a week I find out he's looking to move out behind my back.
white blood count at 1.8 and hematocrit at 9.2.... like that's helping anything.

I'm so sorry about your dad. I miss mine too and find the holiday season so difficult.

I am soo sorry to hear about your Dad, jillybean. It's a really difficult time with the holidays near and having to go through them without him especially at Christmas. I am so sorry! I lost my parents and husband so I am alone through the holidays. My family live in another province so I cannot travel. I do not have children so it makes it very lonely. Just wrap your arms around your precious children and know that your Father is with you watching over you. I talk to my family all the time and I find great peace in knowing they are with me. Dear Jillybean, Thank you for sharing the very sad news about your Father. So many of us here share what you have gone through. You tapped a cord for us and I believe we are right back to that point that one never wants. I miss my Mother though much time has gone by, messages like yours remind us that we were all someones little child. We are hugging you and my Mom is welcoming your Dad. Family members will betray your trust and even lie to your face - wounded people usually don't react very well but the lessons we are forced to endure make us better people.
This wonderful site also has a "Death and Loss" forum which really helped me. Can't change somethings but your Hep C can be cured. One step at a time and even great mountains become plains. Bless You

Dang, sorry about your Dad and your bf. That said, all I can say is your bf most likely wasn't worth your time anyways. There's another man upstairs who don't play any head games at all. good luck and God Bless!!
