typing skills gone down the tubes?

Has anybody else noticed that your fingers no longer want to do what your brain tells them while trying to type? I have to hit the backspace button a hundred times per paragraph. Fingers keep getting ahead of my brain or something... maybe my brain is getting ahead of my fingers.

I wonder if MH’s server had a glitch because I didn’t make that previous post and 8 hours ago I was asleep (God I hope I am not sleep walking again).

I did mess up on some elevations but I don’t remember if it was the building or the parking lot. Regardless, I couldn’t connect the building to the parking lot and pass ADA (Handicap) code. The only thing that saved me was the elevations were wrong on the drawings and it wouldn’t have worked any. They had to redesign the Handicap Ramp and we got a Change Order to do the extra work.

one day I decided to do some ironing right after breakfast....next thing I knew I couldn't find the iron...it was in the fridge...and the milk was on the ironing board...

but the worst part was when people said...oh remember when you were sick and I came over and dut duh dut da da..well...no..duh...I don't remember...I still can't recall most of them coming...but I'm sure they did. Yikes.

My biggest Brain Fog moment was when I brought Gasoline to fill an Excavator that ran on Diesel. Afterwards I called and complained about the piece Krap because it wouldn’t run.

I feel you Diane.  I type at work and sit there hitting the backspace button (and cursing) all day long.  I've also been sorely tempted to break the mouse lately :P

Nygirl:  It's a good thing I work for the government and my computer and phone are monitored.  Otherwise, I'd be tempted to read here all day and get even less done than I am now ha ha.

Isobella:  The grocery story made me actually laugh out loud.  I feel a little better about my brain fog.  Thanks :)

OMGosh....I could relate to that during tx, Diane.  

It was soooo hard to type, and I'm a really fast typist off tx.  And I work with money at my job..  One day I made a large cash deposit.  Thank goodness the girl at the bank was honest.  I added it up like they were all twenties.  Unfortunately, they were all $100's.....oops.  Never did admit that one to anyone, lol!!

About mid-tx, I couldn't read any long paragraphs here...all the words ran together.  I just wanted to beg everyone to doublespace.  I just needed short sentences with little words, lol!!

There were some funny brain fog stories around here back then.  About the worst things I ever did, besides the money mix up, was to forget to unload the groceries from the car.  Not once, but twice.  Stinky car =(

One day I just forgot to go to the office, too.  

Ah, well....it's all worth it in the SVR-end.  We'll overlook your typos til then.

LOL DJ if you weren't tripping out of your mind I bet it would be a BLAST! OH Eric we just need a tiny tiny drop! And at least we know they dont tolerate hepatitis so we'd be safe, ha!  :)

Don't type at work but I do a lot of money transactions.
Will definetly get fired if I start giving the wrong change or blow it with checks.
What if someone comes in and wants to send a money gram to Mexico and I send it to Austraila instead?
Oh my gosh, I'm stressing months before I have anything to stress about.
Bet vamp blood would cure me.

No thank God since all I do at work is try to sneak in typing in here in between my projects - if that happened I'd probably never get any work done ;)
