OH I am so jealous! My hair is still coming out 6 weeks post. My mantra for now is "it will get better, it will get better" :)
This sounds like a gorgeous and peaceful day. I hope you continue to post as you recover and get your life back.
I feel so much like you. Waking up and actually thinking about doing things, even if I don't get them done, is wonderful.
I feel bursts of energy followed by exhaustion. I'm going with it, taking long walks followed by reading my book on the couch.
But my hair stopped falling out in handfuls already~hurray!
The NP at my liver clinic said it takes a month for blood levels to start to rise.
Day by day, we're getting better.
keeping it simple and taking it one day at time. That is all we can do. Dont push or rush it, we will return to "normal" what ever that was. :)
Your little glimpse of your return to simple life was just what I needed. Thanx for reminding the walking wounded there is life after tx. I know it takes time and that is one thing we may have gained so OK. Breakfast must have tasted much better for you. Mmmmmm. = : )
