Nightbird

I have always been a "Nightbird" but the last year it's is interfereing with my life especially when the days grow shorter. My family doesn't care if I sleep days and I always get up if I need to but I feel guilty about it and I didn't before.
The 10th of Sept. grows closer and I still don't have a ride there for sure yet I am panicking.Honey said he will take me if he has to but we will have to take 5 Dachshunds with us and leave 2 piglets and 24 Rhodies unattended for 2 days.We can leave out enough food for them but it makes me very nervous and honey is nightblind as I am!Wow!I need friends.I have lived in the middle of nowhere for so many years that I don't have any and life is getting so scary. Some days it just seems it would be easier to just do nothing and let things take there course but I have a daughter that will be 13 and 5 other kids some of them live far away and I haven't seen them for quite awhile. The very saddest thing is that I don't think they believe I am as sick as I look.To make things worse I started smoking again! What am I doing? Why couldn't this happen to a mean Banker?I am tough but I can't get it together lately.Wow,sorry for  leaking on everyone.Does nayone else sleep in the daytime?

Ahh, please dont give up. And yes, it is a common
Hep C side effect, to have the reverse sleep pattern, with Hep C.
Even when I was very sick looking and feeling,
people never did really ackknowledge or validate just how sick I was. When we have this disease, we are kindof in the "Save our own a*% club"...so you will have to try very hard to take care of yourself.
Treating this disease is a journey and a struggle, but you need to gather up your strength, and fight back!  That is why we call our Hep Cure "slaying the dragon"...because we have to be Warriors, which means fighting hard and being strong, even when we dont feel like we can do it.
We will all be here, to encourage you, and answer any questions. You have Honey....just try to stay calm, and make the drive slowly and carefully. Is there someone who can check in on your animals, while you are on your trip?

This is exactly what happened to me when I had cirrhosis. You need not feel guilty about something that is out of your control. This is a common side effect   of cirrhosis.

Can't you get a family member to help drive you to the doctor ?  If ever there was a time when  you need support, this is it. If honey is the only one who can help, then that is who you have to rely on.

I suggest you check out the cirrhosis forum. They will have more understanding of the trouble we have with sleeping at night, while cirrhotic.
