Happy 4th everyone! I think I've overdone it with the cooking..On the menu for tonight BBQ ribs and pulled pork sandwiches with my Grandpa's home-made BBQ sauce, Frog-eye salad (a custard and tapioca-based fruit salad), potato salad, spinach onion dip with fresh baked bread chunks, my Great -auntie's "Better than Robert Redford" dessert, and much, much, more...My house smells incredible! I think I'm going to need more people to help eat all of this! :) ~MM
