Harvoni pill #1

[48weeks]

Just took my first Harvoni pill. I will be taking this for 12 weeks. This will be my fourth treatment over a period of 25+ years, hoping for the best.

Good luck. I'm on week two. No side effects and I feel great! This stuff is a breeze and I actually look forward to taking each day's pill. I set my phone alarm to sound at 10 AM every day.

I start my first dose of Harvoni on 3/6/15 for 12 weeks. This is my first time being treated for Hep C. Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best. I also pray for each of you that you have a full recovery and eliminate Hep C from your bodies. Also, the maker of Harvoni, Gilead has a customer support page and a coupon that limited my out of pocket expense to just $5 a month.

Just got my week 4 labs back

ALT AST both at 26

HVC RNA QT
UNDETECTED

YAY!!

Treatment #4 Did 3 interferon & 1 sovaldi olysio 12 weeks

Good luck to you 48 weeks also curious why not 24 weeks? I'm guessing no cirrhosis and not treated with Sovaldi.

Go to the mustered colored box on the left.   Last entry in the box "support resources" - gives a list of all the places to go for financial assistance.   Also,
go directly to "Harvoni.com".   Most of the drug companies offer assistance in paying for these drugs.  You can do this.

Why 12 weeks ?  I just came back from my new Doc and she is asking for 24 weeks.
