Thank you
As someone told me: Can you do something about it? No? Than stop worrying
Stats can put your head in a tailspin of confusion. They are generalised for the most part and each study takes only a few things in consideration,so they are not individualized to a specific person. It would be to much work to add up all the studies and try to crunch all the numbers to make the stats fit your personal case.
Best wishes

Statistics are just that Diane ..numbers that they come up with to give prescribing protocols some guidelines.
Everyone is different and stats can be beaten.Take pride in that you are doing all you can and try to stay positive.
Wishing you the best....

My doctor told me when I was undetected at 4 weeks that I now had 90% chance of it working. And that was with my being post transplant, which generally lowers the odds.
Forget the numbers, just go forward and try to stay upbeat.
Remember, when you look at those statistics, they include everybody who ever started the Tx, not just the people who completed Tx.
If you clear your virus, at 4 weeks, and you take 100% of your meds, on time, 100 % of the time, then I think you have an 85~90 % chance, but the studies arent done like that.
Your husband is correct, all one can do is treat because not treating is a sure 0%.............. Good luck
