Friday the 13th

Hi all,

Please keep good thoughts for me. Friday I get my 3 month eot blood work done. Pretty nervous.. not even sure I will be able to answer the phone when my tx nurse calls with the results. How did all those that have come before me handled this. It is enough to make a person crazy.

Oh and I found out this week my lovely daughter is moving to New York by the end of this month. I need a vacation. Ha Ha.

Thanks

I haven't cracked under the pressure of treatment but I pretty much expect to crack under the pressure of waiting for the three-month post PCR.

Chicken suit for me, gotta have one.

I'm not picking up the phone after I get that bloodwork done or I'll put the nurse's number on my block list.

Sending you my nerves of steel while I still have some left and wishing you serenity wherever you can find it.

Deb

From one Deb to another GREAT LUCK!  :)

Me and JD and Rita are talking about having a nice NY Hep Get Together in the spring in the city (they had one in Florida one year but no luck for me to get down there) so maybe when we do you can use that excuse to come visit your daughter ;)

I'm sure your results are just fine and can't wait to hear from you later TODAY!

Oh...and I had an important event on Friday the 13th last month -- I took my half-way shot on that day.  All went well!!  :)

Friday the 13th has it's really good points too so having an important blood draw in the 13th is going to be one of the good points.

I can only imagine how unnerving it is to wait for that first post-tx blood test!!!  Hang in there...SVR will be yours.

Oh...and, yes, you probably do need a vacation -- a vacation from all the waiting involved with this Hep C and treatment stuff.

Good luck Debbie.  You are going to be fine.  Friday the 13th is lucky for many too.
You don't need any additional luck, you're going to get that SVR.
Time to get that wonderful life back.  You and hubby deserve much happiness.

All the very best to you Debbie;  you've done really well so far and the odds are in your favor but prayers and good vibes for the phone call.   (I prefer to ring them or pick up my own test results and read them by myself on the beach.....  I cry when they're good and cry when they're not looking so good).

It's stressful, but I have to remind myself that I'm the same person before and after I get a result so I can get through the day.  Good luck;  looking forward to some good news for you.
