OK so probably nobody is going to watch this link because it's like 20 minutes long - but it just changed my life. I had NO idea it was THIS bad - this is scarier than zombies and The Blob and vampires and any other scary thing I can think about.

My sister just said to read "The Unhealthy Truth" well here is what she said because I couldnt say it any better - I'm afraid to read this but I think i will!

Ok, call your local library today. You have got to read her book, "The Unhealthy Truth". It is the most jaw dropping, life-altering information I have ever read in my life. EVER. I will NEVER be the same after knowing this. I feel like I have entered an episode of the twilight zone. I am not exaggerating. I have hardly slept since Friday. I am in utter shock and disbelief. I am seriously mourning the world in which I thought I lived. You do not want to know this information, but we have a right to know!!!  "

You should be aware that a number of whole foods are from GMO seed and that "Whole Foods" grocery is largely stocked w/ products that contain GMO's.  Not that easy to get away from even when you are eating foods without packaging.  More importantly is that the antibiotic resistant bacteria doesn't care about our diet and will happily infect us as well.

The more you start to learn about GMO's the angrier you're likely to become.  The most recent insult has been the gov't giving Monsanto permission to alter alfalfa.  If you're curious about what this will do just google "monsanto alfalfa."

I'm glad you watched it - it's almost like a repellent nobody wants to be informed about this it seems.......I had no idea it was so so bad we are the ONLY country in the WORLD that does this? Wow the power of the almighty $$$! I was just shocked by it and wish I had known when my kids were smaller in the 90s.

heck with the amount of milk I drink every day I wish I had known all of this!!!!!!

Watching that video is such a worthwhile way to spend 18 minutes.  I appreciate your link as it brought new information to me, and I had considered myself fairly well informed about food...  I often wonder why more parents aren't upset that their children aren't expected to have as long a life expectancy as they will.  Each generation has been living longer until this one and likely, your video link holds a key part of the puzzle.  

I also recommend "King Corn" and "Food, Inc."
