Sleeper. saw it for the first time on a plane heading to California on a business trip. I laughed so hard I had the entire passenger cabin staring at me.

Weekend at Bernies comes to mind. I almost pied when they threw the Baby Ruth in the pool.
Can I have two favorites? Maybe I should that -watching a comedy instead of being in this office on the computer all the time. Good post!
The Man with Two Brains
"You baked her 8's!!!!!!"
Ruthless People "we may be talking to the stupidest pearson on the planet" very funny. jerry also A fFsh Called Wanda
I went reluctantly with my husband during tx to see one of his faves, Pink Panther (2). Unlike him, I didn't care for the original.
Don't know if it was the meds but I almost made a scene, belly-laughing so hard it hurt.
I swear people were telling me to shush but I told them to ....
I could never stop at just one . . .
Bringing up Baby
The Ref
Mumford
Harold and Maude
Seems Like Old Times
Bananas
Victor/Victoria
S.O.B.
Grosse Point Blank
Monty Python's Flying Circus (the TV show, not movie)
You will notice I have a fairly dark sense of humor. BTW--one of the best investments I've made since being on TX is getting Netflix and watching what they have to offer on demand. It really fits the bill when I'm feeling yucky just to lay in bed wtih my computer streaming this stuff.
The Big Lebowski, Say it isn't so, Team America, Baseketball, A Christmas Story, Get Shorty, Home for the Holidays,
Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang; one of my most recent faves.
Willy
The first funny movie I remember seeing was Blazing Saddles, then it was Cheech & Chong, Delerious with Eddie Murphy, Naked Gun 21/2 too stupid but funny, and the last funny movie I saw was
the Disaster movie, nobody else cared for it but I laughed.
Thanks keep them coming. I will have to check a few out.
Loved blazing saddles, Up in smoke, Delerious, and when i was young I always watched Monty Python's flying circus.
Portann- I actually thought I hurt myself last night I belly laughed so hard. I started to cough uncontrollably.
Rocker- If you like Jim Carrey and have not seen Me, Myself, and Irene. I highly recommend it. No one could have played that role but him.
Sleeper and bananas I forgot about them.
Anyone for my cousin Vinnny?
For comedies, I'd say "There's Something About Mary" and the Focker movies.
I forgot about My Cousin Vinny--I've watched that over 30 times. Classic. Walking into the court room with that pimp suit on.
Meakea : Whats that-- hair gel lol
Love the Focker movies.....when he is trying to get on the plane and she will only board by aisles....cracks me up!
Off to the video store....
What about when Barbara was on his back giving him a massage and the son said " Mom your riding him like Sea Biscuit " Lol!
I forgot about Focker movies too. I have to rewatch them! They were great!
Elaine you must really cherish those moments with Nick. That is my favorite comedy movie of all time!
I made the mistake of watching the the Austin Powers movies with my kids (middle school age). All they do is quote lines from the movie...constantly. All good fun though. They love Mike Meyers including the Love Guru!
Like I said we can all use a few yuks while treating or going though it with a loved one. I know it has been rough on my family.
The longest Yard, bothe versions.........
Of course! Agree with:
My Cousin VInny
Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang
and how could I have forgot
Airplane!
Raising Arizona!
I'm not much of one to cause a scene but, that one almost had me rolling in the aisle!
I can't believe no one has mentioned "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles" with Steve Martin and John Candy. My kids can quote almost half the movie verbatim. It never gets old. Great, heart-felt Thanksgiving ending, too.
I really liked Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
Less recent: Blazing Saddles "Mongo like girls!"
'Dogma'
Also 'Monty Python and The Holy Grail'.
