You got it ! :)
I hope you're doing well Pro !
HA, I may have been early, but it is here.
A little country humor. I made the same comment to the girl that takes care of the flowers at one of the condo developments I have a contract with.
"gravity is still inflation protected" her reply, "not if you need a boob job!"
(rofl!)
happy 4th of July,

That sounds great. I love real maple syrup but because of my diabetes I have to severely limit my consumption.
I have discovered one thing - pure maple syrup is the fastest way to elevate my blood sugar on those rare occasions when I get hypoglycemic. Infrequently I might inject too much insulin for my carb intake or engage in unexpected exercise and that can cause a sudden and significant drop in glucose. I gulp 3 or 4 ounces of syrup and that takes care of it real quickly.
I do love the taste. I bought 2 32 ounce jugs and I think it was called Uncle ____?
Always good to see your name and read your stuff.
Be well Pro,
Mike
Hi Mike, great to hear from you.
Actually, I don't believe you paid to bad of price at all. Keep in mind, I've bought from the same family for 30 years, they only make about 75-100 gals a year and all goes to family and friends, plus I like the end of the season dark amber. Not to mention, I can look up on the hill and see the trees that were tapped, shipping is from tree to the evaporator via tubing, gravity is still inflation protected---for now....;*)
I just an hour ago bought a half gallon of pure maple syrup for $32 so I guess I paid too much.
Now that's a coincidence.
Mike
Elaine & Deb..... I'm glad to know you all have my back!!!
I scored from my supplier---maple syrup supplier that is--must have been a sugar high that got me confused(lol) $40/gal

Oh please Pro do not mention the s word or the w word.........it's finally 80 degrees and sunny and I can't even THINK of shoveling that stuff during those horrid cold months again yet!
I didn't want to say anything:( but yes, it's July 28th.
Hugs,
Elaine
Besides, we both went through 72 weeks of poisoning, we have an excuse!! (g)
(lol!) thanks Deb, up here in the sticks we don't really care what day of the week it is(g)..But I do generally keep track of months---how many more months to Winter!...;*)
Been busy putting up the wood for winter.........
Dont feel bad I never know what day it is either.......I'm surprised I dont forget and come in to work on a weekend sometimes.
Opps, sorry, looks like I'm a month ahead of schedule(g)..better ahead than behind.
