I too was und at wk 4 of tx. I remained und at 6 months post tx. You have a great start!! Good for you!!
Yeah, so if you are Und at the end of your treamtment, you would say you were Und at 24 wk EOT.

Just so you know being that you were und at only 4 weeks is fantastic, it makes your odds a lot higher that you will be SVR after this is all over with.

Sustained virological response (SVR) to hepatitis C treatment is usually defined as continued undetectable (UND)HCV viral load 24 weeks after completion of therapy. Some also say 6 months rather than 24 weeks after EOT. At this point the virus has been eradicated and many doctors consider the patient cured.
What can be confusing is the terms SVR4 or SVR8. This simply means that that after the end of treatment (EOT) the test indicated UND at week 4 or 8.
