I just heard on the radio of a new buying and selling site ...Pillar.com' supposed to be good its FREE aswell,
On netlibrary.com you can download ebooks and adiobooks. FREE.... My favorite 4 letter word. You need a public library card to sign up.
Also Craigslist is pretty cheap for a lot of stuff including good furniture ...
Someone posted a link on a different website to Amazon. They have a free Kindle app for PC's and they have a lot of free Kindle books that you can download into the Kindle app. I just got it today, so I have no idea if I can print just a portion of any of these books, but they have a lot of the old classics, including books for children.
Yes, those yard sales or garage sales (we have the equivalent here....they are called "car boot sales") you can usually pick up loads of cheap books. Also Charity Shops (thrift stores) Check them out!
Amazon have wonderful book sellers and some books are hard to find but at good prices ,so always check out online ..hey yard sales also I find some a lot of weeks when I am out ..
