Add'l note applications

I have been wondering if you could add add'l icon selections for the notes?  Like maybe a "good luck" one, and maybe a  "made me laugh".  
Just some extra choices to pick from?

or Yea!  Or Yippee... something along those lines for when congrats isn't exactly in order.
