Are missing, important stuff

When I started to use mood tracker I'm missing some skills and feelings. Thou' I'm thinking of the way the mood tracker used in DBT. But not the whole thing.  I have had DBT thearpy for some years and got well from borderline but not I got bipolar disorder.

You got some feelings but the are more complex. Frustration are stronger then angry. Rage?
Angry, Irritation, frustration and strongest rage.  

For sadness is nothing. Crying, but not always you cry when you are sad, sad and sorrow but not depressed.
Sad, blue/low, sorrow, depression. Here are depressed the strongest.

Scared, fear, panic,  paranoia, here is the same. Just only different strength for actually the same feeling. Anxiety is not the same as fear, cause anxiety can be a unregulated whatever feeling, like shame and guilt. Why is not shame and guilt not there?

Happy, joyful, happiness, euphoria. Euphoria is the strongest..

Hypertymt is not there either. Sometimes you are not euphoric, hypomanic or manic, just hypertym.

Sometime you are just very tired but not fatigue. Fatigue for me are when I'm very depressed.

The only skills are exercise and meditation not some which are really good skills, done something good for myself, acceptance, stand through a cries and it's lot more of this skills.

I'm missing them. Now I'm using meditation, as this skills. And the feelings missing too. Cause, not like what I thought, you are not always just frustrated and what strength then? 1 a little and 5 nearly rage. Same with scared, sad, etc... Feelings like shame and quilt???

Most of the times this things are signs, important signs. To get to know yourself better and then handle the mood swings better in the end.

Now instead to see this in the tracker I have to use the notebook and write. Then I cant see that and follow. And then get a picture.

My thought about the feelings are the idea, exp, sad then a number 1 -5, when five are something like depressed. But depressed need its one line too. Happy the same. Specially shame, quilt and SADNESS.

Just parts which I'm missing and a good thing to track.

it should have an option that you can mark your mood at certain hours of a day. my mood changes very fast in a day from up to down.

Cause, instead a tracker for borderline disorder? Then with the feelings and skills?

I'm not try to over do it, but this two disorder are many times very alike....
