Hi there -

If you click on My MedHelp or choose Profile from under My MedHelp, Account Settings will be just under that.

Sorry for the confusion.

I cannot find  "Account Settings"..  It is not in the upper right hand corner... Under Medhelp, I see trackers, profile and home.  Where is account settings to change my password?

Hi Jodi -

We seem to be having some technical issues.  Under Account Settings, you should see a tab that says "Login and Password".  Click that, and you should get a page that allows you to change your password.

If that doesn't work, and you get taken to the login page, log in again, then go back to Account Settings and then Login and Password, and you should then see the page to change your password.

Please let us know if that doesn't work.

Jodi,

I just checked your profile page here:  http://www.medhelp.org/personal_pages/user/763000

The link's in the upper right hand corner.  Just click that and you should be able to change your password to something you can remember.
