Defective Application?

I need help deleting my tracker. So far, I have aded and deleted many trackers. For some reason, Abby's weight tracker cannot be deleted. Please....... help? I just want to clean up a bit.

I'm sorry. It sort of worked. I do not see Abby's tracker anymore. However, it still says I have 1 tracker. I re-opened the explorer and, well...nothing.

Ah - I think I might see what you're referring to.

When you're on the "My Home" screen, click on "Trackers" on the left hand side of the page.  This should take your to your tracker page.  The way I see it, Abby's Weight tracker is at the top of the page.

On the right side of that tracker, hover over the "Actions" link.  You should see a delete option.  Click delete and when prompted, decide what to do with the data.

If this doesn't work please let us know!

It still shows. I opened Firefox and the tracker is still there :-(

Can you try opening your MedHelp page in a different browser?  For example, if you normally use Internet Explorer can you try opening it in Firefox?  When you do this, is the tracker still visible?
