Family health history tracker!!

A lot of common chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer are known to 'run in the family'. You should include a family health history tracker. There is a new website called ItRunsInMyFamily.com that has a really good family health history tool [http://www.secure.itrunsinmyfamily.com]. This would be a great addition to your list of disease trackers.

Thanks for the suggestion. We currently do not have the ability to calculate your inheritance risks based on your family history. We'll add it to our list of to-do's and let you know when it's available.

I have tried it, but it doesn't create a pedigree of this information that can be printed out for your doctor to review disease trends quickly. Moreover, it doesn't tell me my inheritance risks of diseases that run in my family...

Have you tried the Personal Health Records? You can create a record for each of your family members and include their medical conditions, when it started/ended, any medications/treatments they took, surgeries, and tests.

To create a PHR, go to "My MedHelp". Next to the profile tab, you'll see a tab with an add (+) sign on it. If you click the tab, you can choose to create a PHR. Then just fill out the information in the different panels.
