Food Tracker for Baby

Something like this may very well exist and I have just missed it, but I am wondering if it is possible to have a section in the baby tracker to track how much they have eaten in a given day. There is a place for number of bottles, but it might be helpful to have an addition as to how many ounces each bottle was, and also solids...what they have tried, how much of it they have eaten etc.  I often use my trackers at Dr.'s appointments, and info like this would be great to have.  I looked at the food diary, but it doesn't really work...I am not that interested in calorie intake etc. more what and how often he is eating.  Is there already something like this I am missing?  If not, do you think adding something like this to the baby tracker might be a possibility?  Thanks so much.
