Want to join Med-Help and use their food diary. How do I accomplish this?

Have had spastic cough for 50 years, never knew the cause or cure, assumed it was allergy. Your website gave me an understanding of my problem. I'm sitting here at my computer with  a gosh awful smelling concoction made of onions, garlic, salt and tumeric on a large bandaid which I attached to the skin between my thumb and forefinger. I covered all this with a disposable latex glove and put pressure on the spot for 10 minutes. I intend to keep this strange apparatus on my hand because when I get that tickle in my throat the cure has to be immediate. When going out in public I'll cover it all with a glove.

Thank you!!!

Hi Margy -

Not dumb, I had to search for it too.  You do have to post to join, or you can find a member from that community, go to their profile, and on their list of communities, click "join" next to the community you want to join.
