Is there anything on the forum page that tells you when a message or note is waiting for you? I do not see it if there is. Also, how do you check someone's post as the best answer?
Another thing I just thought of, are you on a computer or a cell phone?
Maybe mobile doesn't have that feature yet.

Oh, one more thing, only the original poster will be able to select the best answer. Sorry, I assumed you were trying to pick a best answer of a post your originated.
Thank you ladies. It isn't lighting up at all for me. That is ok. I will just enjoy seeing what others feel is the best answer. Appreciate you trying to help.
Hi there, you can also click on My MH and under the drop down you will see profile, that will show you your inbox and notes as well.

Lynn is right the "best answer" doesn't show until you go to the answer, then it lights up in green on the left side of underside of answer.

Touch the answer and a select as best answer shows up on my phone. hover over with mouse on computer and select as best answer shows up
I just found a place under My MedHelp to click on my inbox. So I answered one of my questions. Now if someone can tell me how to check an answer as the best, I would appreciate that.
