We've added Trazodone and sleep medications to the mood tracker. We'll let you know when you can add dosages as well.
Thanks for the suggestions.

I think being able to track the dosage of medication would be incredibly useful for things like monitoring adjustments and weaning off meds. I am currently tapering off mine and I would love to see how/if my mood changes as I decrease the dosage.
Hi,
Started this response yesterday but don't think I sent it...so apologies if this is a duplicate.
I saw the listing for lamotrigine just after I sent the original request. thanks.
Regarding the dosage question - since depression medications/dosage is not an exact science yet, the meds and dosages change pretty often when you first go on them until you hit a balance. i know mine changed about every two weeks for the first couple of months and I was tracking the med and dosage myself along with my moods to review with the doctor. these meds and dosages can also chage further on in treatment as your body adapts....and then again as you start to try and wean off. so this would be very important to have.
The same goes for sleep meds on this tracker. This isn't necessarily a sleep disorder...it's just part of depression. It's great that you have the drop down for sleep, but we also need to track those meds/dosages as well with our depression meds - it is a complete regimen. It would be nice to have all the meds/dosages on one tracker so we do not have to pull information off of mutiple places.
Thanks for any changes you can make. I've referred this site to several people who have started using it for themselves or others. their comments were the same...that they still need a way to track dosage and all meds in one location.
Thanks.
Thanks for the suggestions. Lamictal is already available in the mood tracker under the generic name "Lamotrigine". We'll get trazodone added to the tracker and let you know when it's available.
As for sleep aides, if you have the sleep tracker, you can track your sleep patterns and these medications there.
We would like to add dosages to our trackers. Out of curiosity, how often do you change the dosage level for a particular medication?
As for concentration, that's a great catch. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the checkbox that lists "Low Concentration" currently without deleting some people's information. We need to be able to move their data to the new field without losing data, so we won't be removing this right now.
Thanks for the suggestions!
