Hi there -
Well, I don't know the tech stuff behind it, but think of it like your car. It can take a second to have a car wreck, and weeks to get your car back from the repair shop. I'm not saying it will take weeks, but something can go wrong in an instant, but the fix isn't always as easy.
We are still working on it, I assure you.

Zouzi is correct; the notifications are considerably delayed.
I had no new e-mail notifications when I just checked my mail, but when I navigated to MedHelp, there was a message that had been left for me an hour earlier.
I wouldn't have gotten it until tomorrow, had I not decided to give MH one last check before shutting down my computer for the night...
I thought it was all back to normal..Unfortunately NO E-mail notification again on the last 2 PMs I received....
Apparently these notifications come only a few hours, after a PM has been sent!
Emily I just thought to let you know, and other members too, lest we all think that this problem has been fixed..So far, it is hasn't been fixed...
Okay! Just got my first e-mail notification!
Hope it's fixed for everyone now!
Thanks,
bb
Just curious: How come they were able to wipe out our e-mail notifications in a few hours, but have not been able to restore them in many days??
I'm particularly corncerned about new members who have posted questions, have not been notifed of the answers we have provided, and may not know how to find their threads to check to see if anyone has tried to help them.
It's terrible to be "out there in the cold" with a problem, alone and worried...
Thx! I hope they get it corrected soon :)
Hi there -
We are working on this issue. If it helps, I'm not getting them either.
Thanks for being patient!
