Please fix! I can't access my trackers -- error message

When I try to access my trackers, I get an error message saying, "Sorry, there was an unexpected error". Can you please fix this? I've tried multiple browsers and platforms, so there's definitely a problem on MedHelp's end. Thanks!

Hi, Jim,

The engineers have determined that the issue is your home page, and they're working on it right now.  In the meantime, your other pages (trackers, etc.) should be working ok. If you see the error message, just click on anything else, and you should be able to view every other page.

I do apologize for the continued problems you're having, Jim. I'm going to have a few others take a look at this for you, who will be responding as soon as possible.

Thanks for your patience with this problem!

I use Google Chrome, Version 37.0.2062.103 m
I tried I.E. 10, Version 10.0.9200.17054
The problem persists in both browsers.
I changed my home page, but that didn't correct the problem.
What next?

Jim - we have confirmed yours is an issue with your home page. Once you see that error message, just click on anything else, and you can view every other page. We have let the engineers know about this for you.

AimeeLove - Is this still happening for you? We were able to open your home page, profile page, etc. Can you try a different browser? If it works on another browser, can you tell us what browser it isn't working on?

Thanks!
