When does the new question day start?
I have never been able to post a question to MedHelp because for any topic I've tried, it sys the question limit has been reached for the day. When does the day "reset"? I've logged on minutes after midnight, in the morning, and in the evening, but never with any success. What time does the new day start?

What I meant to add here was that it would be helpful if users knew when they would most likely have access to the "Ask a Doctor" part of the site. It seems to be permanently over the question limit. There is no way to know when the status is otherwise.
