Suggestion for tracker

I would like to suggest a tracker for side effects of medication taken. This would enable patients to monitor the side effects of their medication and enable them to better communicate with their doctor about the balance of medication level or current medication to side effect to find appropriate dosing / medication to treat their conditions.

Thank you for considering my suggestion.

To whom it may concern,
I was recently on a topic that has all of my symptoms to a T and I can't believe you don't have it here as a topic. Is there any way you can add Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I would therally appreciate the consideration. Can you let me know if you add it? Please consider it and give it a lot of thought, for there are a lot of TOS sufferers.
                                               Thank you so much,

Many of the existing trackers already track side effects of the medications. For example, the Chemotherapy Tracker includes many of the side effects of the meds taken in chemo. If you have specific side effects you want added to a tracker, we can easily add them for you. Just tell us what they are.

Thanks,

I think this is similar to my idea of adding another common medication to the migraine tracker called Phenagren.  I think both ideas together would even be a good idea.  I would love to see this added to the migraine tracker as well.

I agree. I have to take meds that I don't know the side effects when taken w/my other meds. I have nerve damage,CPS and DDD,Spinal Stenosis, there's a list just can't think of all dx with.It scares me to take my meds so close together. I chase my pain a lot because I don't want to take them together for worrying that it could kill me or something. I am in the process of seeing a new dr. that wants to put some kind of ball inside me that will go directly to my spine. Does anyone have any comments on this procedure? I am just leary of it because have to use Fentanyl patch(50mcg/every 72hrs),Lyrica 200mg.2xday,Norco(same as lortab just lower in acetom.10/325),Zanax 1mg.(taken only for tremors-I only take half a pill when needed),nexium 40mg 1xday,zyrtec 10mg. 1xday. Oh, dr. just put me through a round of Levaquin(15 only) and I have heard things on Tv @ tendon rupturesDoes anyone see a problem w/what I take together. They were all prescribed by one dr. and I feel okay, and I am very cautious when it comes to taking my meds.I have a pill holder that I put by my bed just to know exactly what I take in a day. I also write when I take it so I keep up w/it. As I said earlier,I chase the pain. I don't take it right on time. I take it when the pain gets unbearable and I don't know what advice anyone can give me so I think this would be an excellent forum to discuss w/others, to compare any complications.
