Hi Claire- I appreciate everyone's efforts at a fix. I just tried to enter my BP readings and have the same result. When I click "add data", and the monthly calender pops up and I then click on the actual date(or any date), the screen immediately turns a transparent grey which is unresponsive. I then can only exit MedHelp. I was hoping it would work this time. Thanks, Bob

Good morning Emily- Once again, I encountered the grey screen when clicking add data but was again able to enter my readings by meandering through the tutorial prompts(Action Tab) Weird. Thanks, Bob

I wasn't able to add data to my tracker until I follow your suggestion to go from my home page and use the health feed icon....it WORKED, a whole different page/format and the adding data was simple...thx♥

Unfortunately, same result- grey screen when clicking "add entry", also when clicking down arrow and date= grey frozen screen
still no improvement in the BP Tracker. Emily- about ready to move on......sorry
Hi Emily- I have tried to send the following to "Contact us" but when clicking "submit", I get no reaction.
"Help! Hi, I have been unable to "add data" (BP) for quite awhile now. I have been talking to Emily and Claire in the community forum about this issue but have had no luck with a fix. When I click "add data" and the calender appears, as soon as I click the correct date, an unresponsive grey screen appears and I have to refresh to get back a regular screen. For a while, I was able to enter data by going through the tutorial prompts but now that results in the "grey screen also. I am hoping you can solve this soon. Thank you, Bob"

clicked Blood Tracker in email reminder and it went directly to the add data box and I successfully entered my data. Regular attempts on Home Page still result in grey screen.
Is this a new development, Bob? I'm glad you were able to enter data even though it's not in the usual way, and I'll let our engineers know so that they can continue to investigate.
